If you've ever wondered whether the sky has anything to say about geopolitics, buckle up. Because the correlation between Mars-Uranus aspects and the US-Iran-Israel conflict is... well, it's a lot.
I've been tracking the geodetic maps alongside major military events, and the patterns are hard to ignore. Whether you're a skeptic or a true believer, the timing here is worth examining.
A Quick Refresher: June 2025
Let's rewind to last summer.
On June 13th, 2025, Israel launched major airstrikes against Iranian nuclear and military facilities while the US and Tehran were still in talks. Iran responded within hours with large-scale missile and drone attacks on Israeli cities.
Here's the thing: On June 13, 2025 at 2:30 PM EST, Mars made an exact square to Uranus at 28 degrees.
Mars square Uranus is the astrological equivalent of a lit match meeting gasoline. Mars is aggression, war, action. Uranus is sudden disruption, the unexpected, explosions. Put them in a tense 90-degree aspect and... well, look at the headlines.
The fighting continued for 12 days. And when did the ceasefire finally take hold? June 24th—the last day of the square. By June 25th, the aspect had separated.
The result: 610 Iranian citizens killed, 28 Israelis killed, and a US-brokered ceasefire that felt more like exhaustion than resolution.
What the Geodetic Maps Showed

When we pull the geodetic astro map for Iran during this period, we see:
Mars on the Ascendant line — war energy literally rising over the nation
Uranus on the Midheaven — sudden, explosive events playing out on the world stage
Part of Fortune on the IC — this is fated events
Meanwhile, the Venus MC line ran directly through Israel. Venus, the planet of peace and diplomacy? Sitting right over the nation that initiated the strikes. There's an irony there that astrology loves to serve up.
And the US? Chiron on the Ascendant. The wounded healer, brokering a ceasefire from a place of its own unhealed wounds. We'll come back to that.
Fast Forward: February 2026
History, as they say, doesn't repeat—but it rhymes. And so do planetary aspects.
On February 27th, 2026 at 11:21 AM EST, Mars in Aquarius squared Uranus in Taurus.
Less than 14 hours later, at 1:15 AM EST on February 28th, airstrikes began.
Israel launched coordinated strikes on Iranian targets, including sites in and around Tehran. Iran retaliated with air and missile strikes across the region—Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait. The whole neighborhood got pulled in.

Uranus MC means sudden, shocking events visible to the entire world. Mars on the Descendant? That's open enemies. Conflict with others. War at your doorstep.
The symbolism isn't subtle.

And America? Still sitting under that Chiron Ascendant line. The wound that won't heal, showing up again at the nation's front door. Could this be reflective of the US’s wound to always flex its muscle as a warrior that saves the day for other countries but the welfare of its citizens often suggests neglect? Or this wound could be manifested as the industrial war complex cycle where it seems that from an economic and financial perspective, the US goes into war every so often in order to generate revenue from wars.
But there's something new this time: Jupiter on the IC. Jupiter in Cancer, no less.
Jupiter on the IC can mean a deep need to protect the homeland—Cancer energy is all about security, family, the nest. But Jupiter also inflates whatever it touches. Is this protective instinct? Or inflated ego dressed up as patriotism?
The US is currently in its Jupiter return. That's typically luck, expansion, things going your way. But Jupiter returns can also mean overreach. Hubris. Biting off more than you can chew because everything's been going so well.

Looking Ahead: July 4th, 2026
Here's where it gets interesting.
On July 4th, 2026 at 2:08 AM EST, Mars will conjoin Uranus in Gemini.
This isn't a square anymore. This is a conjunction. These two volatile planets will be in the same sign, the same degree, occupying the same space. Up close and very personal.
On the Geodetic Map, both planets will be over Iran on the MC…at the highest point of the chart.
Mars square Uranus is tension from a distance—like two nations lobbing missiles at each other from thousands of miles away. Mars conjunct Uranus? That's hand-to-hand combat. That's the energy in the same room.
Do not be surprised if the US deploys troops on the ground around this time.
And it's happening on America's 250th birthday.
The Historical Context
From a historical perspective, 250 years is when empires hit their turning points. It's when dynasties begin to decline or fall. Rome. The Ottoman Empire. The British Empire's slow fade. Something about that quarter-millennium mark seems to trigger a reckoning.
Is the US overestimating its position? That's the question this chart keeps asking.
The Aspects That Follow
Later that night on July 4th, Mars will sextile Neptune in Aries. The following day, Mars will trine Pluto in Aquarius.
Uranus in Gemini aligns with the energy of the Civil War era as well as World War II. Neptune in Aries echoes similar historical periods of national identity crisis. These aren't comfortable parallels.
And remember…Jupiter will have moved into Leo just before July 4th. The Jupiter return protection? Gone. Now we're in Leo energy: pride, performance, the need to be seen as powerful. That can go well. It can also go very badly.

North Node on the Descendant — this is karmic. This is unfinished business with open enemies coming due.

Plus the Sun on the IC—the core identity, the ego, sitting at the foundation of the chart. The question of who America really is, buried at the root of everything.

So What Does This Mean?
Look, I'm not here to predict World War III. The purpose of this blog isn’t to fear monger. Astrology isn't a crystal ball, and free will exists. But patterns exist too.
What I see is a nation (the US) repeatedly showing up under Chiron Ascendant energy while brokering conflicts it may not fully understand its role in. I see Mars-Uranus aspects correlating with military escalation with uncomfortable precision. I see a 250th birthday approaching with some of the most volatile transits imaginable.
The geodetic maps don't lie. They just show where the energy is concentrated.
The question isn't whether something will happen. The question is whether anyone's paying attention to the warning signs and whether we're confident this is playing out as well as we think it is.
Because that Chiron keeps showing up. And wounds don't heal themselves.
